I called our Timeshare Resort in Branson, Missouri. I asked if they had a timeshare buyout program. They recommended FIVE STAR TIMESHARE EXCHANGE.. You only get pennies on your dollars for the buyout . My husband did not want to get rid of our timeshare because we would be "losing money". I showed him our (Home) timeshare resort started out as a 5 star resort, 20 years ago. Now, it does not even rate 1 star! That finally convinced him to stop putting money into it.( paying Annual Maintenance Fees)
After calling FIVE STAR TIMESHARE EXCHANGE, we got all the paperwork started. It did take a little effort on our part to search for and make copies of documents, have a Notary Public seal on some of the paperwork and mail it. From the first phone call to our Timeshare Resort to getting that wonderful check in the mail from Five Star Timeshare Exchange took almost 2 months. Time well spent to be DONE with our Timeshare!
Everyone at Five Star Timeshare Exchange were very nice and helpful. They were kind, and took time to respond to any question I had. Made me feel at ease through the whole process. Everything was handled quickly.
