+ -1 moreThey were able to explain things in a manner that made sense, and never became a pushy salesperson. I didn't decide to go with their services at first. I spoke with neighbors to determine if this was the right move for me to make, as I've been with Century Link, and they advised if I cancelled I would never be able to be reinstalled. I couldn't be happier that I made the switch. The speeds are great, and not having data limitations made it even better! I will be telling all my friends and family to make the switch!
Description of Work: From the time that I called in to speak to one of the representatives, to the time of the services, BlueBit Networks was very professional. They listened to my needs, and my requests for install, and made sure that everything was satisfactory before leaving. Their knowledge, and assistance was exceptional, and I have been very pleased with the services!
