SIMMONS PEST CONTROL INC

We bought a house next to a wonderful park, and near the Banfield. One might imagine that rodents consider this their land. We totally cleaned the garage - a full dumpster - where rats had happily been living during the time of the previous owner. Oh my - When we realized the issue Simmons was very clear about what they would do, they seem to have succeeded at least now about two months later, and we can use the garage. We are now seeing no evidence of the little critters. Because of the surrounding natural habitat, we have purchased a full year of follow-up, to ensure that the rats find other homes than ours. Though it took a few calls - as we were panicked frankly - they came right out the day I called. We feel that the price is very reasonable - to put that in perspective, the cost of a full year with Simmons is less than the cost of repair of wiring and insulation in the car in which the rats took up residence after we cleaned the garage ---
