IVY'S ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING

It was a terrible experience. Mr. Ivy talked down to me and refused to make repairs to his substandard work. He could not furnish $1,000.00 worth of receipts that he billed me for. The work was supposed to be done by the end of October and was not done till the first of December. When we did the walk-through Ivy refused to turn up the water pressure and the temperature on the water heater and to turn the handles on the bathroom fixtures right side up. There were missing outlet covers and a cover for a circuit box. Light switches were installed 10 inches from the door frames, the bathroom exhaust fans were taken up into the attic and wired to support beams with bailing wire. The dryer vent was also taken out through the attic out the roof instead of an outside wall. The washer drain was hooked up wrong and would gurgle up into the bathtub. The breaker box was put on the far, far wall of the garage. The rafters of my garage have a lot of wires running across them and into the house. I took Mr. Ivy to court and won my case and was rewarded a settlement because of his substandard work. He has yet to pay me the court judgment. This is only a partial list of his substandard work.
