After setting up an appointment a couple of days out, Kevin and Matt showed up right on time and quickly got to work identifying what needed to be done. They clearly explained what the issues were and also how they proposed to take care of them. After I agreed with their proposal they quickly got to work. Everything went smoothly and in very little time the system was once again in working order.

Inspection and misleading customers into thinking they needed more than what was actually needed. He proposed and pushed to install a $10000 system when the actual system needed was only $4300.

"Per review of the inspection completed on 6/5/13, this property had several issues that did not meet the criteria of the inspection by the State of Missouri OWTS guidelines. The septic tank was too small for a 3 bedroom home and the water was backing up into the home. The dispersal field was too close to the pond. The State of Missouri has criteria for setbacks, the field is too close to the well, the field is too close to the pond, and the septic tank is too close to the pond. This home had a discharge pipe which is unacceptable. Any effluent that comes to surface in a septic inspection is unacceptable per the State of Missouri On Site Wastewater Treatment Systems. No re-inspection was ever completed at this residence. Due to the shelf rock on this site and the setbacks not being met, it was recommended to the homeowner to have a morphology report completed to determine what system would be best for this home. Again, no re-inspection was completed on this property so we are unable to say if any of the concerns on the inspection report were corrected."

They called back promptly and set up an appointment. They arrived on time and after asking what the problem was started working on digging out the area. After finding tree roots inside the pipe said there would have to be a break in the pipe. They said they would be back Monday morning to finish the job. Monday morning they were there working when we got there. They also gave us advise on care of the tank. They were very professional and helpful and we felt the fee was very reasonable
