Most excellent!!! Jim is very punctual, courteous, FAST, and extremely professional! Started job before 8:00 a.m. and like most home repairs we ran into other issues that needed attention. He made suggestions on how to repair and we did so accordingly. The room is approx. 8' x 12' with washer,dryer, and cabinetry. Lots of obstacles to work around or remove. By early afternoon the same day he had completed the job and the new floor is beautiful. Fantastic job!!! Jim is very clean, experienced, and knows what he is doing. He is my first call guy ALWAYS and have used him several times. We will use him again soon I'm sure!!

Seriously positive experience.  I have to congratulate myself for finally making the decision to go forward with my little project and  also congratulations for contracting him to do the work.  He is a good listener, picks up on little problems with what you may be thinking of doing, and that alone is worthwhile.  He showed up ahead of designated time and got out his equipment and got going.  No head-scratching!!  He knew what he was doing.   I have not been very happy with a couple of my recent hires, so I guess you could say he is a shining example of workmanship and likability.  The only mark that would not be an A++ is regarding  pricing.  However, considering effect of punctuality, professionalism, workmanship, etc., I may rethink my initial cost perception.

The service was excellent.  All jobs were completed in a timely and efficient manner.

He arrived on time and started right into fixing the tiles after it warmed up a bit he then went outside and trimmed the bushes after which he power washed the siding. He came back at my convenience the following Monday to finish the tile grouting.

We accepted the bid he gave us. We were satisfied with the work performed.

He's extremely knowledgeable. A true craftsman, wants to do everything right. He has done the work very well and I am extremely satisfied. Their price is a little high but you get extraordinary good quality.
