Description of Work: They put in a new disposal and they did some other plumbing when we had some leaking pipes. They were affordable and knowledgeable. They came right out when we called.

Description of Work: I would contact him and he would say he would come or he would call, but he never followed through and didn't seem to even recall previous conversations. I finally gave up!

Description of Work: Jim wasn't able to make the first appointment, having done some repair work myself I understand when things don't go as planned. But Jim called and explained why he had to change the time and worked with me to setup a new time. He was able to still get the work done and only about a hour later than the original appointment. He did great work and was very reasonable as far as the price. I would recommend Jim to anyone needing plumbing work done. And should I ever need any work I'll be calling Jim.

+ -1 moreThe price was very reasonable. I think the guy is very dependable. He is excellent, and I would recommend him. He was extremely deliberate and careful. He hung around an extra half an hour on his own time waiting for the water softener guy so that he could make sure that it worked when somebody else was messing with the circuit. I would tell others that if they needed a plumber, he would be a good guy. It couldn’t be better. With regard to price, I didn’t pay him. He came to me from the people who provided the water. I took his information to call him if I needed to have work done.
Description of Work: Done Rite Plumbing took out a defunct gas/propane water heater and installed a new one.
