Called them after storm damage to our roof. They put a tarp on our roof - but did a poor job of it. The tarp was coming loose later the same day and flapping in the wind. They left the torn edge of the roof exposed. When I called to talk to them about it, the office person didn't want to listen to me - kept interrupting and talking over me. Then they charged us $600 for the lousy job they did. When we had a different roofing company do the repair work, we found out that Zucca had punched lots of nail holes in the roof, so a lot more had to be repaired and replaced than necessary.

Best Roofing Company in Kansas City. I called 3 roofing companies to get an estimate for our house and detached garage after hail and wind damage. I chose Zucca & Daughters & Sons Roofing Co., Inc. because they had the best reviews, and they did a great job on my daughters house a year ago. Chase the estimator who came out was easy to talk to and gave a detailed estimate that was lower than the others. They came out a few weeks later and replaced all shingles, flashing, vents, and even replaced 2 skylights that were cracked. Zucca also replaced the low slope section of the roof with TPO. They subcontracted Metro Guttering for replacing all my guttering. All work was done to perfection. Chase was very helpful and friendly. We just had our windows replaced by Zucca Roofing. Kenny Baldwin put the project together - he was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and stayed on top of it from beginning to end. Rios Contracting did the installation. I'm no expert but between the methods and the materials everything looked first rate and professional. Windows are expensive but the cost was well within our expectations based on current pricing information on the Internet. I would certainly use them again and I would certainly recommend them to others.

misrepresented their workmanship, product and far from professional. salesman (kenneth) actually lied to me about installation and product. could not even look at me. gutter installers fled like theives although they were kind, thoughtful and friendly when arrived. did not cap, installed untreated wood on roof, did not shore anything for gutters, assumed color and did not match white gutters. seeking legal recourse for damage and replacement. astronomically disappointed.

They did a great job and they got it done in a day. The color they put on was great for the house. We did have to clean up some nails, but we would definitely hire them again.

Zucca's bid was by far the best price vs. two other highly rated roofing companies on Angie's List. It took several months to get scheduled, and the roofing project took approximately 5 days from start to finish. Unfortunately, there was a powerful rain storm during the project that caused some damage to the interior of the property. Zucca handled the situation professionally; however, the interior subcontractor took longer than expected and did not do a thorough job cleaning up. Despite the issue with the interior, I am satisfied with Zucca's work and the manner that they resolved the issue caused by the storm. I would recommend them to others.

It went very well. They did a nice job cleaning up after the work. I have a landscaped front yard. They did a nice job not hurting any plants. The prices are competitive. They have a warranty that comes with the roof. We have owned 2 houses that they have done work on and both of our neighbors used them after a hail storm. They stand by their work. I highly recommend Zucca!

It was great from calling to make the appointment to the completion of the job. Zucca Roofing was very professional and I thought the price was very reasonable. The roof looks great and no more leaking!

Excellent! My contact, Chase, went above and beyond to answer my questions. Worked with my insurance so I would not have any out of pocket expense and added more vents so my roof is now better than original. Work teams were very courteous. Office called regularly to update me on progress. Everyone involved was super. Truly professional. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Ruth in the office was very helpful. The roofing crew was very fast and cleaned up afterwards very well. It hasn't rained yet so I can't speak to how waterproof it is.

They were very punctual, did what they said they would do. There were no surprises. Very easy to work with. They listened to our wants and needs, made viable recommendations and completed the project in the time frame they said they would. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work.

I cannot say enough good things about Wyatt Zucca and his crew. Wyatt came to my house promptly for the free estimate, and immediately identified possible hail damage. I had not contacted my insurance company because I believed there was almost no chance that the roof would be covered because of it's age. Not only did Wyatt suggest that I file a claim, he arranged with my insurance adjuster to be present when he came to inspect the interior and exterior damage from the hail damage (there were several bad leaks). This was all before I had even committed to using him. My insurance company ended up covering the roof and much of the interior damage and painting that will be necessary. Wyatt's bid aligned with the insurance quote, and I signed a contract. We scheduled a date that was within two weeks of signing the contract. It was delayed one day by rain. Oh the day of the installation, the crew arrived early and the job was completed in one day. The roof looks beautiful and I've not had any issues. I've had many compliments. I was particularly impressed with their clean-up. When I got home that day, you couldn't tell that anyone had even been there except for the beautiful new roof. There were no nails, debris, etc. They even fixed the gate to my backyard. I would highly recommend Zucca and Daughters and Sons to anyone.

They showed up on time and finished the job on time. Cleanup was great! Everything went very smooth. They keep in contact with throughout the process. Very pleased with their work.

We needed a new roof and our insurance denied our claims. Since our expenses were cash out of pocket I researched, interviewed and And compared about 5 different bids. Zucca Roofing was not the highest nor the lowest bid. I immediately liked Mr Wyatt Zucca. He is very pleasant, professional, timely, and was well prepared. He took time and addressed all my questions and concerns. He has a long history of his business in the area and many recommendations. His crew was great! Clean up was perfect, except for a new roof and gutters I would never have known they were there. I don't know what else to add. We are completely satisfied customers and we highly recommend This company

Wyatt said he would call the first of the week during the 2nd of Sept and schedule an exact time to have his crew do the repair which would probably take the better part of a day. It is now Sept 15k, 2014 and I have not heard anything from Wyatt. Very disappointing for someone rated high on Angie"s list to provide unsatisfactory service.

Everything went really well. Wonderful to work with. Job went very quickly which I appreciated. I think they even got me done ahead of schedule which was also very nice.

Their Production Manager "Chase" came out promptly when promised, the day after I called their office. He was polite, and very efficient, and located the cause of the leak which would have required an experienced person to figure out, which he is.. I would highly recommend their firm for roofing repairs in the Kansas City area. I will call them in the future if I need a new roof or repair of my roof. My home is in Blue Springs, MO.

It took a while to get them out after the start date I was given. A couple of weeks actually. When they did do the job I was not present, just my wife. She paid them and off they went. When I was able to inspect the work it was sub-par. They had torn shingles that were not to be replaced without repairing them, they left gaps where water would easily enter and cause damage, they slopped so much caulk up when sealing areas that it was noticeably bad. There was trash left in my yard and nails on the roof and deck. I called them to address my concerns and the owner called me back and apologized. He came out himself to a**** the site. He was not happy with the crews work and took care of us. In the end all was right with the world. The crew chief is no longer with the company to my understanding. A rated them a C on quality due to the initial work done but the end result was a solid B. I would still consider using them in the future based on the interaction I had with the owner. He was truly apologetic and sincere about the situation and craftsmanship and assured us that was nowhere near the standard they expect from their work.

This was a good experience. My insurance company failed the roof on this house I had just purchased so it was imperative that we have the roof replace ASAP so we could insure the house. I spoke with Chase who understood our issue and had his crew on it within two days! Chase even contacted me during the day to makes sure things were going well with the job. I recommend these folks and will be using them again in the future.

We got them off of Angie's List. It's family owned. What I like about it is it's called Zucco Daughters and Sons, that's what stood out, just the name. Their punctuality, they were honest, there were no surprises.

Removed & repaced some rolled roofing and repairs/replacement of some wood shingles.

Went great! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. They were fair in price, punctual, professional etc.
