Shane of Valley Mechanical arrived on time (he called ahead to let me know how far out he was, that was very much appreciated). he was very professional and explained very simply what he found and most importantly that the AC was in good working order. i will call him next spring for a recheck.

It was my deceased father's house and he had 4 furnaces...unbeknownst to me. Shane found the "missing" furnace under a floor in the living room closet! I am so glad I hired him.  Shane made 2 trips out to Lexington MO. He had to spend a long time investigating and looking for the 4th furnace as I knew nothing about the HVAC system.  I am sure that furnace would still be busted if I  had hired someone else. He is very knowledgeable and smart. I plan on hiring him again for my future house.

Shane was very helpful, helping pick the proper Hvac system for our house and worked until project was finished.  That winter was very cold and furnace worked flawless all winter.

Shane Johnson of Valley Mechanical LLC, showed up at my home actually earlier than the time given. Met him at the drive way and proceed to take him around back to the compressor unit of the air conditioner. The unit was making a "growling" noise and the fan was not turning. Mr. Johnson then started to get his equipment out and checking the line and the system, looking for the problem. A short time later, Mr. Johnson informed me that a capacitor that assists with the starting up of the unit was bad. He had a replacement capacitor in his van and proceed to make the switch. Afterwards, Mr. Johnson then went back and checked the system for anything that might not look right and then told me that we were good and that the air conditioner was ready to start up.

I felt that Mr. Johnson was very professional and stayed focused on the job. He did just what I wanted him to do and that was find the problem with my air conditioner, fix it and not cost a fortune. I most definitely will be calling Shane Johnson in the future for any further problems I may have with my heating/cooling system. Highly recommend Valley Mechanical LLC.

Shane replaced all of the necessary parts and installed our new thermostat (which included an outdoor humidity/thermometer sensor).  Shane was very thorough in inspecting our entire cooling system to make sure everything worked and would cool the house.  As soon as Shane programmed the thermostat, there was an immediate change in the house temperature.  The cooling system came on and started to cool the house quickly.  Shane was also very careful to not track in any dirt/debris into the house since he had to go outside too.  I was very pleased with how fast the work was completed and the quality of work Shane does.  He is very meticulous to make sure everything is fixed and works great before leaving the completed job.  The air conditioner has worked great all summer since his repairs, and our unit is now 12 years old.  I would highly recommend Shane for any heating/cooling work.  Thanks.

Shane arrived within an hour of my phone call.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job.  He immediately knew what was wrong with my furnace based on the burning smell.  He said it was a contactor on the heat pump.  Shane told me approximately what it would cost to fix it, and I told him that was reasonable and approved the work.  After he replaced the contactor on the heat pump, he checked my outdoor fan to make sure it was free of debris.  He tested the system to make sure it was working properly and that the heat came on.  The entire job took less than 30 minutes for him to complete.  Shane was knowledgeable on what the problem was and fixed it in a timely matter.  I will definitely call Valley Mechanical again if I have any heating/cooling issues in the future.
