TOM DENNIS

Tom Dennis came out on very short notice. He is very reasonable. He is prompt and courteous. We have been very satisfied overall with Tom's work.

I got Tom's name from Angie's List and called him to bid on an electrical job needed for our house and yard. He returned my call promptly and we set up an appointment time to meet. He was able to accommodate my work schedule and arrived on time for the appointment. And unlike some other companies I contacted, he was able to meet within a few days after calling him. After the meeting, he sent me a written bid. He also made a few suggestions to save money if we wanted to perform some of the prep work ourselves. He was able to schedule our job within about 2 weeks. The job was "uneventful", which means it went according to plan. No problems then or now!

Tom installed two grounded outlets in our basement with waterproof cabling, each attached to a dedicated circuit. He also installed a third grounded outlet in our living room. Our house is an older home and many of the outlets were not grounded. We wanted to set up our computers in the basement and Tom recommended having them on dedicated circuits. He was very prompt in coming out to give an estimate and very helpful with his recommendations. He did a great job with everything and came in under his estimate. I would definitely recommend him.

Tom is friendly and prompt in his service. The cost of the job was actually below his original estimate.

The work was expensive and the repair did not work.

Very quick and clean, and was through in 20 minutes. He was on time and he cleaned up well. He was a very clean cut young man.

Tom was quick to return my call, and scheduled the work for the next day. He was very polite and professional, and did a nice job. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again.

TOM PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE, AND DETAILED EXPLANATION OF HIS WORK. HE MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL REPAIRS BUT DID NOT PRESSURE. HE WORKED WITHIN OUR BUDGET, AND HELPED US TO PRIORITIZE PROJECTS. HE FINISHED WITHIN THE TIME HE HAD ESTIMATED, AND WITHOUT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT OF HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE.
