I haven't had to pay anything yet. I've only dealt with the one real estate agent. It's the standard 6% commission when it sells. I really didn't choose him. I have a brother in law who came up to help us to do some stuff to get ready to move and he contacted the real estate agent. The communication is excellent. My brother in law called him about 1 o'clock on a Wednesday. By 4:30 he came to visit with us and he had already done some work on comps and checked into zoning. He had already done a lot of leg work ( maybe on the computer) but he already knew a lot of information about the house and the whole real estate thing about it. I was extremely impressed by that. He has been very assertive in trying to find buyers for the house. He has been calling business and companies and people that he thinks might be interested in it. He's really done a lot of work already. We had an estate sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. He came at least for part of the day all three of those days to meet people that might be interested in the house as they walked thru it. I was extremely impressed with him and he's just a nice guy.

In 2016, the cfo did not return my money for over 30 days AFTER a sale fell through. Only after I made numerous calls was my money returned. To date the cfo has not summoned the courage to call and explain the delay. Because of the cfo's utter incompetence and inability to find the courage to speak to me I recommend avoiding this company. Ultimately after much personal effort the cfo was forced to do the right thing.

I haven't bought a house yet, but my realtor has been very helpful in explaining things, giving advice only when asked for, finding properties that match my needs, and being incredibly responsive. He's been available whenever I need him and seems to get things done quickly.

I would not recommend them. The lady that handled my real estate transaction basically lied to me about fees that were supposed to be paid by the seller’s relocation company. At the closing it cost me a lot more money than the estimate had shown. They did not disclose all that stuff to the closing company and it was not a good experience. I would absolutely not use their services again in the future.

They came to the house and gave us an estimate for what the house would sell for, and then they started looking for homes that we wanted. We expected the house to stay on the market but it sold within a week. I had knee surgery so I couldn’t leave the house, but my husband went around with the realtor looking for a good house. Once we found a house, they put together the paperwork and everything. Luckily, they do titles and mortgage as well so it was one-stop shopping. They provided excellent service and we felt like they were being honest the whole time. They didn’t put a lot of pressure on us to use their ancillary companies, but they let us know that they were available.
