Description of Work: Shelley came by and did a "subject to" appraisal for me. If I could give her an A+ I would absolutely do it - she was not only thorough but very helpful in terms of providing me guidance ("if I were you, I'd go this route instead of this other route because") and helpful hints around fixing up my home. Without a doubt the next time I need appraisal services I will give her a call.
