POP A LOCK

Locked myself out of my house around 6:30PM, so I checked Angie's List for locksmiths with 24 hour service near my house. All I called just had a recording, and didn't call me back. I found a service in the phone book with an office about 2 miles from my house (Pop A Lock). I called them, and they told me that they don't service my city. I pointed out their office was in the same city as me, and the rep told me that's what her computer said (in a rather snotty tone). I found a 24-hour citywide dispatch number for this company. The rep there told me the same thing, they don't service my suburb. I told her there's an office less than 2 miles away, and she said it didn't matter. I told her that I was preparing a report for Angie's List and her attitude changed a bit. She said she could put in a request for Kansas City instead of my suburb (a suburb of KC). She said it would be 1/2 hour. The service man showed up 1 hour and 45 minutes later and had my door open in about 10 minutes.
