POOL MAN INC

back in 2019 The Pool Man here in blue springs installed a tara liner. I hired a leak detection company to come inspect the pool this summer as requested by tara. That costed another thousand dollars. The leak detection discovered 4 leaks. Tara is refusing to warranty the liner. This is a complete fraud. My last 2 water bills have been 700 and 550 on top of the 1000 for the leak detection company The pool man blames tara and tara blames the pool man 3800 liner 1000 leak detection company 1250 in water bills All that I am asking is that they replace the liner. Im out 6k This company is a fraud

This is the 3rd liner I have had replaced in the last 25 years and the first by The Pool Man. This is the best of the three. Excellent service and installation. Liner looks great. I'm very pleased.

Contractor wanted money but was not finished. Said "their hands hurt". Also had them install a Salt water system. Had a bad cell but would not come out. Their store kept charging me for chemicals when they refused to fix the salt system. this went on for over a month. Finally called the parent company of the salt system and they called Pool Man. Finally came out. Would never use again.

Good Job without difficulty

I contacted Michael with Poolman (through his other company, Swim Center) telling him about my frustrations getting a quote on a liner. He came out end of April and said it would be no problem getting the water drained, getting a liner ordered and getting it installed. Timeframe was to be about 3 weeks to get the order in... and then he said they could install it the following week. (4 weeks total). Ordered 4/28/17. Installed and ready to go on 7/7/2017. Almost 10 weeks. During that 10 weeks, Michael was slow to respond to voicemails and text messages and gave me no information on why it was taking so long, what had happened and when to expect completion. The liner looks good, but the frustration, lack of communication and the lost month and a half of summer time swimming with my kids... with no offer of discount and no attempt to make things right makes me wish I had never chosen Pool Man to do the job. I am extremely disappointed and would not use their services again. The installers themselves were kind, informative and helpful.

Have used Pool Man to open, close and maintain my pool for the last 5 years. Mike and Justin run a great business and are a pleasure to work with. Reasonably priced for their services and complete the job every time out. Have had the pool for 11 years and got fed up with Swim Things lack of customer service and another fly by night outfit. Would definitely recommend Pool Man to everyone!

It went perfectly in all areas!!!

It went very well. They were very nice and were very fair with the cost. They picked up the motor one day and brought it back repaired the next day. I would use them again.
