They were cheaper than the others that I called. They do okay.

I haven't had any bug problems. If there is a problem, Orkin come out and retreat. They write up what they did, any new problem detected. They indicate whatever insecticide they used.

They are reputable, and wherever we have lived in the country, they have been there. They claim to have been around for about hundred years. Overall, they are pretty good, and we are satisfied. Their price is competitive, I suppose. I am not happy that they do not put on shoe covers when they come into the house and walk over my carpets. I would use them again in the future; in fact, they will be here tomorrow for the regular treatment.

We had seen signs of carpenter ants. The estimator arrived on time and found proof of the ants as well as termites. The servicemen also arrived promptly and went about their work. They each let me know when finished. The service is fairly expensive, but we will call them again if needed.

We have used them for about 10 years now. They come out once a month. I like them a lot. They are very good. They let us know if they find anything. They keep our pest control up for us. Our house is older and pretty big. Their quality of work is excellent.

They were professional and I would rate them an A for there service and sometimes they are off a day or so when I do expect them, but they do call to reschedule.
