In the past, they changed technicians fairly often. Some of the technicians were not really great. They were just so-so. Others were willing to go the extra mile. Currently, the one that we have now is inclined to go the extra mile so I'm pretty pleased with the more recent experience with them. I got a contract with them.

The personnel is very nice, very fast and professional. I've been very satisfied with the work.

It has been a while but I know the owner personally, and his ethics are just unbelievable. He will actually give people tips and advice if he knows that it is something that they can handle very easily themselves. It is pretty interesting. He has been in business for maybe 30 years or so. I would say that the price is in the middle range or it is good, which means that it is basically excellent because the level of service that goes with it is worth the money. His responsiveness is pretty quick and right at the top. I would recommend him.

He came out right away,the same day that I called and provided an estimate. He was polite and did a great job. He was very upfront and honest.

They are very professional and show up when scheduled. I have them for several years.

We have been very happy with this service. The company always notifies us well in advance when someone is coming to check the stations and calls if there is any change. We are given a report each time that shows whether and where there is activity. Now that a year is up, we will probably renew our contract to keep the stations and inspections ongoing. This is a more expensive way to treat for termites, but we did not want to pump chemicals into the ground - which was the alternative.
