After the installation I realized that one of the units was not working properly. The door would go up but wouldn't go down. I was told that the installer would return to my house between 8 and 10 the next weekday. When he did not show up I called three times and each of these three times Randy said it would be a matter of minutes before arrival. The repair person, not the original installer, arrived at 10:50. I needed to be at the medical facility where my husband is being treated by noon. Steve Jackson corrected the original installation. He said that he was not told that the window was before 10, which I think should be required when the customer is given a time frame. Steve was wonderful. Randy was not. No one appreciates being given the run around. Randy should be sure his service people know when they are expected to arrive. If I call them again I'll ask for Steve.

The serviceman was as prompt as could be expected, arriving within minutes of his previous appointment. He was very efficient and polite, and obviously took pride in his work and the quality of his service. The price wasn't extremely low, but not outrageous either.

CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB SAME DAY AS CALLED AS THEY HAD A REP IN THE AREA. SPOTTED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND REPLACED BOTH SPRINGS IN UNDER 30 MINUTES.
