Cricket Communications Inc

I got them because they are at the corner from my house.  I thought they had what I wanted, but they showed me the wrong coverage map.  When I found out that it didn't cover the area I wanted covered, they refused to give my money back.  It's a cell phone and modem company.  I bought their modem for internet connections, but what they showed me was a map for cell phone connection which covered the far great areas than their internet connection.  They are apparently subcontracted to Cricket so when I called Cricket corporate office, they said that it was too bad, but they can't control their subcontractors.  They sold me a modem for $45 and a bunch of services for $45 and I didn't get any service for the whole month.  When I got back, they said that my month was up for a refund.  My mother died while we were in Seattle over Christmas and I didn't get back as soon as I thought I would.  It was too bad.  When I contacted the Cricket corporate office, they said that don't have control over their contractors.  I will never ever, ever, ever do business with Cricket again.  I would tell people to stay far away.  I just have absolutely no respect for that company.  Their price sounded good.  I had 30 days to return if anything was defective.  The warranty was for the wrong coverage area that they showed me.  It didn't cover what they said it would cover.
