CAME PROMPTLY TO MAKE THE BID, WHICH WAS FAIR. HE CAME THE FIRST DAY AND REMOVED THE OLD STUCCO LEAVING THE AREAS EXPOSED AND PROMISED TO COME BACK THE NEXT MORNING, AND WOULD COMPLETE THE PROJECT IN 4-5 DAYS TOTAL. HE DIDN'T RETURN WHEN PROMISED. WE MADE MANY PHONE CALLS AND WERE TOLD LOTS OF STORIES BEFORE HE FINALLY RETURNED AND FINISHED THE PROJECT TWO WEEKS LATER.
