Repair appears to be satisfactory. Had to leave vehicle at dealership for 3 days. Was originally told 2 days but ended up having to keep the keep the rental car an additional day when car was not ready on time. Since I had an additional day of rental car expense, I asked service manager for a complimentary oil change and he readily agreed.
As with my past experience with BS Ford, everyone was friendly and personable, waiting area was clean and well-equipped, rental car office is fast and efficient.

The service department is amazing, treat you like family. Have been going there since 2008. Sales department is amazing as well. Never been to a car dealership that has treated me this good. They always know me by name and never put pressure on you. Outstanding.

Everything went well. We have purchased three cars from Blue Springs Ford, and we always receive excellent service from them. In fact, we have the option to travel to a much closer Ford dealership, but we travel the extra distance to Blue Springs because of the superior service.

It wasn't a major issue, but it took 4 visits to have the problem fixed. I feel it was primarily due to a communication issue. Ultimately, the mirror was repaired, and it was still under warranty so there was no out of pocket cost.

Car had no issues when we dropped it off. Now it makes an assortment of noises emanating from under the hood for the first couple of minutes when first started. Strangely, the power steering also feels like it has lost about half of its "power". We took it back to the dealer on the 20Apr12, but they said they didn't hear anything and couldn't find any problems with the car. The service advisor, J W Williams even commented that "It sounds like a Focus typically sounds with 120,000 miles on it."
