We requested removal of a large dead tree on the north end of our property in the fall of 2021. This tree had a large area of the trunk spray painted white to further identify. Arbor Masters removed a smaller living tree on the west side of the property. The tree that was cut was the prettiest tree on our property. We had no clue, nor could they adequately explain how the wrong tree was cut. As part of the restitution they promised us a new tree in the spring of 2022. We contacted Arbor Masters regarding the replacement tree in the spring, and they passed us to thier vendor who was supposed to install the tree. The vendor never installed the tree, nor do they return our calls. We have since contacted Arbor Master numerous times, but they also have not returned any calls. Cutting the wrong tree, although wrong, appeared to be an error. Not returning calls or following through on promises made, appears to be a way of business.
