Things went well, and they did a good job.

They do an okay job. They were not as attentive to their work toward the end of the project. They were a good business though, mostly consistent.

My husband and I were very pleased with the window cleaning done by Window Butler. We selected them on the strength of their record on Angie's List and found the ratings were right on the mark. We called and asked for prices over the phone and within 3 days, one of the owners of the company came out to give us an estimate;none of the other companies we called bothered to do that. We have a colonial style home with paned windows and storms. The majority of windows have twelve panes while others have18 to 24 panes. These are difficult and time-consuming to do. The crew worked very efficiently and professionally. This was the only company that ever cleaned our screens, too. We also have an enclosed porch with sliding glass doors and windows. These were included in the job, too. It took the crew under three hours to do the job and our windows just sparkle. We will definitely use them again.

I had a particular problem with cat urine. They did a special treatment to rid my carpet of residual urine problems which stopped my cat from urinating in that specific spot.

They were very nice. They did as good of a job as possible--there were a few spots that did not come up, but they might be permanent. I was happy with them overall and would use them again.

I was satisfied with the work they did. However, they didn’t show up for an appointment on a certain day. They called me later when I was at work asking if they could get in to the house to do the work. I agreed to their request. I feel they should have had an open ended appointment instead of having it on a fixed day because the weather could change suddenly.

They arrived early and did a great job! Very friendly and responsive. Took care not to trample on my shrubs and plants. They even made a suggestion on how to patch a small crack in my gutter, which I did myself and it worked well, avoiding costly repair labor. I've just called and made another appointment for end of Winter cleanup.

I received a recommendation for this company from my sister. I called on a Monday for an appointment and was able to get an appointment on Friday of the same week. The carpet cleaners who came out were punctual, friendly and professional. I left my home right after they completed the job and did not return home until later in the day. When I went upstairs, I thought the carpet looked great, but I noticed that there was a mark on the bedroom carpet. I called back the following Monday and they sent the cleaners back the following Wednesday. They cleaned up the mark (left by their equipment during the first visit) and also re-cleaned that section of the bedroom. It looked great. Although they had to come to the house twice, they were very responsive and made sure the job was right!

I am very pleased with the work done by Rusty and Joel. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They left the place neat with all pick up work done, even taking off their shoes when working inside the home. Job well done!
