Alpine Fence Deck & Landscaping

I'd called another company to get an estimate on the fence, but they coudn't even come out to give an estimate for two weeks! I called Alpine and Kyle returned my call the same day. He was available to come out and give me an estimate the next day! I had just moved into this house and have 3 dogs, so I was very anxious to get the fence up. He gave me the estimate, which was much higher than I expected (but I hadn't put a fence in for 15 years, so it was kind of a sticker shock). When I asked him how soon he could start, he said they were booked up for several weeks, but could squeeze me in the next week (I believe because it was a fairly small job). I signed the contract. Joe came out the next week and got right to work and worked hard the whole day. It turned out to be a lot more work to match the old fence, but it looks great! I could tell that they used quality material. There weren't any warped or split boards. It's really a beautiful, solid fence and I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! As a matter of fact, I will have another job for them in the spring!

Out of the two or three companies we contacted, they were the ones that showed up when they said they would. Kyle was our main contact. Very professional and accommodating. They set the posts on Friday, like we'd requested, and were to come back Tuesday to finish. Kyle told me that if I changed my mind or finished what I need to do, they would come back on Monday to finish. We did indeed finish what we needed to do over the weekend, so I called and left a message that if possible, we'd like the fence built Monday. They showed up at 9 am sharp and finished the fence. We're very happy with the results. The gates seem twice as sturdy as the ones on the old fence (when new).

Overall, I was very pleased with Alpine fencing and with Kyle, the owner. Kyle responded very quickly when I called for a bid. He called to schedule a time to meet, was flexible to accommodate my work schedule, and he showed up on time for the meeting.

I received three separate bids that were all very comparable for the same job. I selected Kyle's bid because he was willing to also include some brush trimming and haul off.

My only disappointment with Kyle was that once I called back to accept his bid, I didn't hear back from him for about three weeks to say that he would do the job. When his company did call, it was to say they were showing up the very next day, which was definitely unexpected and did not fit my schedule. I called and left a message for Kyle to voice my concern. He called me back promptly (after working hours) and was very apologetic about the mixup. He delayed the start date to meet my schedule.

I met with Kyle again before the work began to make sure work requirements were clearly understood by both parties and to communicate some special instructions. Once again, Kyle was flexible with the meeting time to accommodate my schedule.

The actual work was completed on time and on schedule. The special instructions I had given regarding working around some flower gardens were followed to a T. The quality of the job was very good and I am now enjoying my new fence!

They were really friendly, and I liked their customer service. Kyle came right out and gave a bid, and he was the lead on the job. He was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I had a particular way I wanted a gate, so they had to go back, research and come back with a proposal in a timely manner that was very reasonable. The gate worked out just perfect. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Overall, the job went absolutely perfect.

Some of our fence was damaged in a hail/wind storm and posts needed to be reset. We called Alpine for a quote and they were right on target with what the insurance company estimated for the job. It did take them a few weeks to come out and do the work, but once they scheduled the job, they arrived that morning and had the job finished in a couple of hours. And they were honest enough to fix rather than replace one board that we thought might need to be replaced. Overall, it was a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Kyle returned calls as promised, showed up on time and was quick with work. very professional and pleasant. Nice person to deal with and went beyond what was required.

Kyle was prompt in setting an appointment for estimate. Price was very competitive. I called Kyle numerous times with questions and he was always very courteous and knowledgeable. When we decided to have them do the job, it was scheduled to start in 2 weeks, which is exactly when they started the job. The week before the job, Kyle came out and we walked through everything to make sure we both were on the same plan. The job was finished in two days and the fence looks great!

WE HAD AN UNUSUAL JOB, AND THEY AGREED TO A DATE WHEN I WOULD BE THERE TO ''SUPERVISE''. THEN THEY SHOWED UP WITHOUT NOTICE WHILE I WAS OUT OF STATE--WE HAD SET AN ''APPOINTMENT'' FOR THE WORK FOR A LATER DATE. THIS CREATED SEVERAL PROBLEMS: THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT MY APPROVAL; PART OF IT WAS DONE WRONG; AND WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE LANDSCAPING WE HAD PLANNED. HOWEVER, THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC FOR NOT CALLING WHEN THEY RESCHEDULED, AND THEY REDID ALL WORK SO IT MET MY SPECIFICATIONS. THEY ALSO THREW IN A FREEBIE TO MAKE UP FOR THE PROBLEMS CAUSED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IN SPITE OF THE MISUNDERSTANDING BECAUSE THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH LIKE TRUE PROFESSIONALS.

THEIR PRICES WERE LOWER THAN ANYONE ELSE IN TOWN, AND THEY DID VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK TO SAVE US MONEY. THEY WERE FAST, AND OFFERED LOTS OF OPTIONS TO MAKE THE POSTS LAST LONGER SO THEY WOULDN'T ROT AGAIN. THEY WERE EXTREMELY GOOD TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE SUPERIOR TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS I'VE USED IN THE PAST. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AS WELL.
