absolute worst company on the planet hands down. i had a simple job of a ac fan motor to be replaced the first time he came out to my house the "master technician" james henson and owner of this company he was on the phone the whole time having a personal conversation and was very unprofessional well told me the fan motor had to be replaced well the next week came and the scheduled day came for him to come out well at 830  at night i got a phone call from him saying he was to tired to come out and do the service that day i said ok i understand and i was very nice about it well this week was the reschedule date for the service so i get through the whole day and was told he will come out so he did not call he did not knock on my door nothing. he showed up again at 830 at night with no warning and went to my back yard where he scared my wife and made me worry. well i decided to let him do his work i figured he would knock when he was done right? well he left without a word after 930 at night well i went out the next morning and found wires sticking 6 inches out of the top of my unit zip tied. so i called concerned the job was done rushed and improper. well i was assured that the " master technician" and owner knew what he was doing and it was common practice. so i go home and start my unit with several people to witness and immediatly the fan locks up, spits sparks like crazy, starts smoking like its on fire and then proceeds to kill every bit of power to my house and flip my main breaker. so if i had started that while i was at work he could have burnt my house down or fried box in my home. sadly not only did he do this he left parts, screws, wires, and even went as far to leave almost half of the screws out of the unit leaving it to the point you could lift and put your hand inside the unit no issue. ( say like a child could). well i call and am calm the entire time i am on the phone as they insinuate that it was fine when he left and i did something some how when i worked all day. well he comes today to fix the issue and what happens he sits there blames me for the issue. tells me i blew up on him, that i am over reacting and pretty much proceeds to deny the fact he put my family in danger with his craigslist ac mechanic. and proceeds to tell me i'm full of **** and gets very aggressive and threatening instead of say "listen i'm sorry i understand that this potentially could have caused a house fire and put people in danger and i  hope this does not reflect my business practices and i am deeply sorry" like a professional "master technician" he proceeds to tell me how i am over reacting insulting my intelligence and over all being extremely unprofessional and aggressive because he is to prideful to admit he mad a mistake to the point i had to tell him im going to call the police and my lawyer if he doesn't get off my property as he proceeds to yell and insult me because he did the worst job he could have possibly done. on top of all of that told me that the only thing wrong was he didn't put enough tape on something and it arced but there was wires wrapped all around my fan blade. i have video evidence of the entire encounter and his work. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR A/C UNIT!!!

This company was great to work with. I found them from my Home Warranty company, after the first company they referred never responded to the referral. AAC worked with me and my crazy schedule, which was made even more difficult following the sudden death of my brother. They arrived on time, coordinated with the warranty company for coverage and then returned as scheduled and replaced both water heaters. They took pictures before they left for quality control with their office etc. They left the area cleaner than they found it. The water heaters work great. Can't tell you how much I appreciate their effort and professionalism.

Within two hours of calling, they came and figured out the problem in only about five minutes: a fried-out breaker. It was a specialized breaker in my older service box, so they had to make a special trip to an electrical supply house to get it. But so my family and I would be cooler quicker, they moved around a similar breaker from our dryer to run the air conditioner temporarily. It took them three trips to my house to fix this problem and they did an absolutely outstanding job. They were completely professional and knowledgeable. They corrected many of the problems with my old air conditioner's wiring when it was installed and recommended a new motor. They could have easily sold me a new unit--and I was ready to buy it--but they worked hard to fix up what I had to make sure it worked and did so at a far lower cost than a new unit would have cost. They are completely honest and I WILL DEFINITELY call them again for all my heating and cooling needs.

I have a home warranty, so I do all of the stuff through them, so I probably paid $1500 out of pocket but probably everything else was covered by them, but I'm not sure. I don't remember. I had a good experience with them, so I will hire them again. The most important for me is punctuality, so they were pretty punctual about everything. They were assigned by the home warranty company, so I didn't choose them.

Perfect.. Not only did they come by same day to do the service; They were able to locate the leak, fix the pipe and replace the Freon at a great price (lower than competitors).

This repair is part of American Home Warranty.  A/C unit was freezing up and cooling completely failed.  Received contact within 12 hours of reporting failure and repair was scheduled and completed within a day.  A/C Warranty repairs normally have some fees associated with services.  This job was well within acceptable fees.

These are cheap-o vendors that First American Home Warranty sent out to our home.  We had to pay a $60 out-of-pocket "co-pay" for them to come repair a leaking coolant line.  They came out fairly promptly--within a day or two.  They A/C came back on when they were finished, so it seemed like they did their job well enough.
The next week I inspected their work up-close, and they didn't replace the insulation on the copper tube.  When I called to ask why they didn't replace that insulation, they said it wasn't necessary.  But that is contrary to what I've read from multiple sources.  And, from a common-sense perspective, why would there have been insulation on the line in the first place if it's not necessary?
Anyway, they refused to return to my house to put the insulation on the copper line.  They ultimately agreed it should have been replaced, and said they'd send me a $20 check to pay for me to purchase the insulation and install it myself.  But they never did.
These people didn't seem too interested in performing quality work, and certainly can't be trusted to perform a quality, thorough, correct job, nor can they be taken at their word.
