Let me start by saying the only reason they get 1 star is because google won't let you write a review with no stars. This company was sent to work on my AC by my home warranty company, would have not used this company in a million years had I been the one making the call. Super unprofessional company. David the owner is a complete and total jerk. They replaced my AC and heat pump. The install job was horrible at best. The air handler was not mounted on the lower return plenum straight. There was a 1 inch gap on the back of the unit which you could see the filter through, system would not draw the proper return air. The unit was leaning way forward and to the left. Their excuse was that this was for the drain. The drain is located on the front right side opposite corner as the lean. The compressor outside is not even close to being level. They did not insulate the line sets. I hired a professional to come out to inspect the install and they agreed that the install was not even close to being professional or even close to manufacturer's specs. I called the warranty company to complain and they sent out a different company. This company agreed on the improper installation and their quote, which was approved by the warranty company, was over $2000 to correct the mistakes that Air Sales and Service had created. I have no idea how this company is in business or how they have 3.9 stars. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT utilize this company for any repairs. If your warranty company sends them, complain to the warranty company and have them send someone else! I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Kansas Attorney General for consumer fraud.
