ADVANTAGE REMODELING

It was a very positive experience.  There is no such thing as a completely smooth experience, but they were willing to work with me to make sure that any issues were worked out.  My only complaint is that I wish they would've picked up after themselves a little better during the job.  Aside from that, everything went well and I am satisfied with the result.

These fellows did a great job! They were easy to work with and did excellent work, professional on every level. This was a difficult project due to the terrain around the house, notwithstanding, the Advantage crew completed the project without delay. From the beginning to the end of the project the Advantage crews were terrific. I highly recommend Advantage Remodeling, the best! ***To Angie's List: I thought I had already reported on this company(?). If not, I'm very sorry, we surely liked the work this company did.

I got estimates and talked to them on a Thursday. I liked their price and hired them on Friday. They started on Tuesday because they knew I was real short on time. They could not have done a better job in a short time frame. The price was reasonable.

The work took around 5 weeks overall. It created quite a mess but we fully expected that. The quality of work was extremely good and we can't say enough about their responsiveness. The blue tape they used pealed much of the paint from our walls. Advantage did not hesitate to help with the repairs, even though it was not their fault. One of the workers inadvertently damaged one of our vanity tops, which Advantage replaced free of charge, without prompting on our part. The entire process was quite an ordeal, but we are extremely pleased with the results. We are extremely fortunate that we had Advantage doing this work for us.

Overall, the work went very well. He even "stepped it up" as I was not able to have my electrical off for very long due to health reasons. He was accommodating and flexible. I would definitely have him return for more work.

The whole experience was good. Brian (co-owner) came and gave an estimate and a time frame of 3-4 weeks for completion. The project was completed in about 5 weeks. We did have a few extras that we added on to the original bid. All the people that did the work were very professional and did a great job. Any problems that arose were brought to my attention and not just "covered up". There is such a thing as an honest contractor! The project did take slightly longer than was anticipated, but it all turned out good.

I wish I could give them something higher than an A. They were outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone needing remodeling or just about any other kind of work. They do several types of things; if you don't see it on their web site, call them and ask. They went the extra mile. They were more than $1000 below the other estimates for the same work.
