I recently hired Addco for an outdoor screened patio addition, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient. The team delivered excellent service and truly exceeded my expectations. The finished product is beautiful, and the roof blends seamlessly with our existing house, which was important to me. I requested three bids. The first company was high pressure sales and way over priced arrived lated to the appointment. The second comapny never showed up. Addco was my last company and he was on time to give me a quote. I was in a postion that I needed a small deck put up in the back yard quickly. Addco was well priced listened to my needs. Told me it was doable and in a very short trunaround. The team was awesome to work with. My next deck procject at my new house will be in the front to extend the porch to have a nice seating area and I'm deffiently going back to ADDCO to have it done, I couldn't been more pleased on how my deck trned out.

Contract signed in May. This is August and the work has not even started. Communication is the major problem. Cannot even return calls.

This company was very professional and did an amazing job on my replacement deck. I was stuck in a bad place, was doing a home refi when my old deck crashed and had an upcoming appraisal scheduled. Their salesman actually helped work with the crew to get it done in time. That was going way above and beyond and I would not hesitate to use them again!

I got three quotes and this contractor was resonably priced compared to others. The work exceeded my expectations, very pleased.

Due to weather delays, the project took longer than anticipated. However, the company kept us informed and satisfactorily answered questions. Overall, we are pleased with BetterLiving.

Four weeks past date promised and now they won't even return my calls, but of course they banked my deposit

They showed up over a weekend. got it done with no call backs clean up awesome . With owning my own company I would hire them do all of my work . My wife is hard to please and when I seen the smile on her face when they where done . Life is great on the deck again

Once the rain stop and the guys was able to get in and do the work they was fast and good Clean up after they was done I was very please with my deck and all the neighbor like it very much

The work done was excellent. Sometimes they were a little slower to get back to me than I would like but once the work was started they were better about communicating. They could have explained better that they where waiting for the material to come in before scheduling the work and it was going to take a few weeks. It worked out and the porch is awesome.

They finished the job as promised and i love my new deck!

We gave the contact person 30% down before the project was started. When the men were finished one of the men gave us a bill for the whole amount. Poor communication here. We did have the proof of payment in our possession.

BetterLiving Sunrooms & Awnings does more than just sunrooms and awnings! Tim and Jeff did an excellent job repairing some wood rot we had where our deck is attached to our house. Tim came and looked at the problem and was very thorough in describing how he would repair it. He gave a very fair estimate and they completed the work quickly. We couldn't be more pleased!!!! We highly recommend them.
