it was a bad experience, he just changed the gutter drain around , when we still had the leak we called and he never came back and wouldn't call us back ... this has been since fixed by someone else who charged 1/2 as much .   Truly he charged us $600 to stand on a ladder and switch the gutter to a different direction that was not the cause of the leak.  due to the age of this report i wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't posted on Angies list  this was many years back but it was never resolved and we tried to call him for months. Also he said he was a member of some home builders group and when i called them they said that while he did at that time advertise as a member he hadn't been a member for some time.  HBA  i think was the group.  As of today there were no reports on this person and some times knowing there was a bad experience is better than knowing nothing. If its posted great but due to age of the work and the date of the report know that it was some years back and might be different now.

The whole thing was awful. We had a leak in our closet. He NEVER fixed it. He proceeded to take our money said that he had done something but never changed anything that we could see. When the roof continued to leak he said he would come back out but never did. He won't return our phone calls. And has Lied to the BBB about the repair work. This has been going on for over two years. He says he is a member of the association Greater Kansas City, but when I called them to complain they said he need only pay a dues to be considered a member it didn't promise a standard of work. But they said that he hadn't even done that and was not any longer considered a member since he was not paid up. His coupon that come in the monthly mailers claims that he will give discounts and a free carbon monoxide detector with inspection. We got neither. He claims he is KC's Award-Winning Service. Awards from whom? Nobody I could find. But only after we're out the money.
