Jason was scheduled to perform an energy audit on our home on 6/27/13. He failed to show up at the appointed time. We called him and he rescheduled for the following day.
Once he arrived, he spent approx. 90-120 minutes conducting the audit, and offered recommendations for improving the efficiency of our energy usage. He was supposed to submit the audit information and recommendations to the Metropolitan Energy Center, and, upon following through with his recommendations, we were to receive a rebate through the electric and gas companies.
We completed the recommended addition of insulation, window caulking, and energy-saving light bulbs, and have been waiting 3 months for our rebate to come through. Over the past 2 months, we've made multiple phone calls to the Energy Center, and have been told that they are still waiting. This week, we find out that the Energy Center has receive NOTHING from Mr. James, and in fact, they will need to repeat the energy audit (at their cost, not ours). Mr. James has failed to return our phone calls.
