I had bought this air conditioner from TRS Mechanical nearly 5 years earlier. This is a 2nd home for us and neighbors heard strange sound from it so I called and unit still under warranty. He replaced part and charged a reasonable service charge. This company has also worked with local plumber to install new water heater. Since working with them on initial install of AC in person all other dealings have been via phone with total trust going both ways -- them to do work honestly and well and me to send payment as promised. They have always done work well, cleaned up after themselves, and have corresponded well.
