Roofing
After many delays, he called and refused to complete the job, stating that his insurance would not cover him. I had asked for a copy of the material invoice. After his refusal to complete the job, I got a copy of the invoice from the material supplier. He had charged us for 40 year warranty material and delivered 10 year warranty material. He has since refused to return our calls for a refund. We have filed a criminal fraud complaint with our local Sheriffs Office and the States' Attorney General. We have contacted an attorney and are preparing to file a civil case. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB.
