 + -1 moreThe quality of the work was satisfactory, but I have a problem with what he was trying to bill me for. He was hired at an hourly rate. He showed up late, left early, but he claimed more hours than what he actually worked. I went and bought all the materials, but in the end he still gave me a bill for more materials.
Description of Work: I hired him to put lights in our outside arena.
