He is the best contractor I have ever used. He is amazing. He sets the standard for which we base judgements on all other contractors. He is an MBA and works by himself. He was on a timetable and you knew exactly how long a job was going to take and you knew exactly what he was going to do. If he was going to be late the next day, you knew why he was going to be late. He was extremely structured and extremely professional.
