"My name is Josh Laughlin, Owner of True Point Construction. I understand [Member Name Removed]'s frustration in not getting paid as quickly as he anticipated. It is our job to ensure quality work for the homeowner when taking on any project large or small. Only when work has been inspected AND completed to our satisfaction, will funds be released to any subcontractor we employ. In addition to 100% completion, our subcontractors must provide us with proof of insurance. True Point prides itself on a clean and neat paper trail just for such matters and challenge anyone saying otherwise to produce any records of liens, notice of liens, or ANY unsatisfactory comments from our many years in service to our valued customers. We are happy to announce [Member Name Removed]'s company DID complete the job we contracted them for and DID provide the necessary paperwork we require for their final payment. It is very easy to post a negative ad affecting business. Apparently it is not as easy to remove such an ad when you no longer have a reason to be frustrated. We wish [Member Name Removed] and his company well in future endeavors and appreciate the work eventually completed. As for us mentioning his companies name, we would rather not. We prefer to just go back to work helping our customers acheive their visions. Respectfully, Josh Laughlin True Point Construction"
