Sharp Roofing

They actually worked on two homes for us. Very professional and did a great job!

He was professional and friendly and just did an all around good job.

I was happy with the overall experience. They were not pushy like some of the other companies I had come look at our roof. We got the roof from hail damage and they helped us through the process. The work was quick and they cleaned up each night. I would recommend Sharp roofing to friends.

So far, the experience has been great. I will keep my review focused on the roofing since that's their main product/service.

I came to know about this company through packet that they were handing out in our area. I liked what I read and gave them a call the next day to set up an appointment. I have already interviewed four other companies at the time and was ready to make a deal, but wanted to give these guys a chance and see what they have to offer.
 
Mick showed up on time. He was VERY professional. He is a  "no bull guy". No sweet talking you into anything and I did not feel any pressure. He took the time to listen to me and took the time to explain the process and the options. You can tell that he's been doing this for so long and that he understood what I am looking for. He took my request back to his office and after a few phone calls, one week later we signed the contract.

We stayed in touch while he was talking to his suppliers. I had several dates to in mind, some of which were very aggressive and those were too difficult to meet. But once we agreed on the date they showed up on time and the work started.

I was gone while the work was being done. My neighbor was watching the crew do the work and was so impressed with their attention to details, he dumped his original contractor and signed with Sharp as well.

The roof was done on time and looks great. There was no mess left in the yard and I am yet to find any debris or nails. Dan (production manager) came out and noticed one shingle that needed some tweaking. He got one of his guys to come back and correct the VERY minor issue that most people would not even notice.. he has great attention to details.

Overall, these guys have been great and I am very happy with my new roof! I highly recommend them to everyone that needs roof work.

Dan was great to work with. I got four bids and his was in the middle price wise. He came/called when promised and was responsive to my many questions. He worked with my insurance company on the price. He also agreed to discount the price to be competitive with another company that had a "coupon". I had asked that he wait until winter when there would be less damage to foliage around the house and he worked with my schedule. They did a great job of protecting plants and cleaning up. There was much less damage/mess than I expected. There were very few finishing details at the end of the job and Dan reviewed those with me and personally took care of them promptly and to my satisfaction. Dan was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I did not feel pressure from him in any way. I did not have to have an advertising sign in my yard.
