Technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly determined type of repair needed.  He explained very well what had gone wrong and how he would fix it.  It was fixed correctly and has been working great ever since.  He also took the time to look at another adjacent door that will be needing repairs and told me what needed to be done with it.  He even lubricated the rollers of the other door as a courtesy.  I plan to use them for all our doors, as several of them need adjustment, repairs, etc.  I would highly recommend them and was extremely pleased with the transaction from start to finish.  Thank you!

I had to replace a damaged garage door and had to find a close match to an existing garage door. They had a product that fit the bill and were able to fit me in the same week. The installed door was of equal quality to the existing door but 30% less than the quote I got for an exact-match door from the original installer/manufacturer. They were knowledgeable, prompt and did a quality job, it looks great.

I called Mr. Door because my garage door would not go down. He asked me
several questions trying to help me over the phone and then came to the
conclusion that a technician was needed. He gave me a window between 2:00 and 3:30 and said the repairman would call before he headed to my house. Sure enough, I got a call around 2:30 and the repairman was on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later, diagnosed the problem, replaced the carriage and trolley assembly and was out of there in less than 45 minutes. He was friendly, courteous, clean, and professional. I will definitely use Mr. Door for future projects.

Mr Door came within the time frame he said he would. He fixed the door by replacing the broken handle and checked and lubed the tracks. Mr door was very pleasant, worked quickly. We were very happy with his work would use his company again.

The job was done very well and we are very happy with the results. We did have to call to remind them to come pick up the old door that was left on the job. However they picked it up the next day with no problem.

We were painting the outside of our house and felt the old garage doors did not look good with the new paint job. The doors were at least 30 years old and in bad shape. I checked Angie's List and found Randy with MR DOOR who was from our area. Called and he was able to come out to our house the same day for a estimate. Randy was easy to talk to and professional at the same time we also felt his estimate was reasonable.



The doors were installed within a few days. The person who did the installation was on time, did both doors in less than four hours plus hauled away the old doors. We were very happy with the whole experience and enjoy the new look of the garage doors with our newly painted house. I would recommend MR DOOR for anyone who needs garage doors.

The evening of 8/12/13 our double garage door had broken, come off the tracks.My son, the neighbor and my husband were somehow able to close the door so we could get thru the evening. Based on Angies list reviews, by husband called after hours and left a message for Mr Door, a local company. They called him back right away in the morning and arranged to come to the house between 1:00 and 3:00 since the door was already closed and not a true emergency. They reinstalled cables, springs and a portion of the track. They honored an Angies list discount coupon of 5%. At that time the service man and my husband decided not to replace the sensors, trying to save a little money. The next morning when I pulled the car out of the garage, we were unable to shut the garage door. My husband called Mr Door again and they came back out that same day in the evening and replaced the sensors. Very professional and on time which to me is very important.

It was a good experience from the salesperson to the installation. They had a good price and customer service. The scheduling and installation didn't take long. The replacement was completed within 1 day. They are a good Christian company.

Spoke with Randy from Mr. Door we set the appointment, they showed up on time and installed a new garage door and opener. It looks and runs great. They were a lot cheaper than others I called. This is the second house I have used them for and would recommend to anyone.

Mr. Door came out on the same day I called and was able to fix an old wooden garage door that had came off the tracks and fallen in from the top of the door toward the garage floor. Several of the rollers were bent and broken from it being so old and having fallen down. I was amazed that Mr. Door was able to fix the garage door, replace all the rollers and put a new rubber seal on this side of the duplex and on the garage in the duplex next door (both of which I own) for only $190. I would definately use them again!
Being the owner of this rental property, I was not there at the time the work was performed; however, my tenants reported that the technician was there exactly when he said he would be and did the work in less than an hour. I would definately have given then an A+; however, I never received a copy of the invoice/receipt. I paid over the phone and specifically requested them to send me a copy of the invoice and receipt, but never got it.

The serviceman called when he was on the way and arrived at the agreed upon time. I had thought my keypad needed to be reprogrammed but it acutally needed to be replaced. The serviceman obtained a new keypad and called me to set up a time to return and install it. He again arrived at the agreed upon time and had the keypad replaced very quickly. I am satisfied with the new keypad.

He completed the job to my satisfaction and I will use him again in the future. They knew what they were doing then came and did it. He was very good and I recommend him.

MR DOOR was recommended by a friend who was very satisfied by their work. The OWNER, Randy, came out on time to make an estimate and look at the worksite. He was much more knowlegable and explained the process and options much better than the other door companies who came out to make bids, and also ended up making the most competitive bid (by a nose). The installer came out on time, installed the doors and openers professionally, and left the worksite clean and in perfect condition. Because of some specific issues relating to our carpentry, an error in our moulding choice, and the construction prior to installation, I requested that Randy come out to look at the job and make any possible adjustments, which he did quickly and without charging us extra. We could not be happier with the service, professionalism or final result!!

Showed up on time, did the work without problems. One of the doors started having problems after a couple of weeks, it would go down and go right back up. The owner came back and adjusted it and we haven't had any problems since. Great to work with and an excellent value.
