Terrible after making an appointment we thought we only got oil change and brake service. They told me that due to other repairs being needed they didn't due the tune up. What I think happened was they waited to late and couldn't complete the tune up so they gave me some excuse.

We've been there a lot. I think that they'll get you in as quick as they can. They won't do anything to your vehicle until they call you and thoroughly discuss it. If you take something out there that doesn't need to be done, they'll back you out of it. They're really good. They're totally honest. Good.

Called for an inspection appointment got us right in and did a great job. We have used Jim's for several years and have always been fair. They will show exactly what is wrong if your car doesn't pass. Great service and home town people.

The service was excellent on both cars. They were expensive, however, it was a very competent job.
