We had issues with our old system (not installed by Comfort Systems). Comfort systems did an excellent job of explaining the problem and giving us options to correct it. They took the time to look at what we really needed and gave us several options. We had one minor glitch and Neil and his staff remedied the issue immediately. I will be using them to do maintenance on our heater and air conditioner in the future.

They came and did a seasonal checkup but they didn't charge me. He happened to be the employee that installed the system in my home, so he helped it along. I have talked to their office lady and she is very helpful. The guy that came out showed up on time and knew what he was doing. He saw that everything was working properly and was on his way. I am calling them again for my spring checkup.

Last weekend we had furnace issues on two separate rental properties. This weekend after returning from Spfd for my sister's graduation, the furnace in our home was not working. Neil and Logan Conway came to our rescue each time and are just the nicest people you could ever meet. Thank you for all your service!! These Men and their company have my absolute seal of approval.
