I got the father in the past and this time the son and it was still the great service. I would recommend and use hem again.

Great! We had an inspection done by another company 5 years ago when we bought the home and they told us we needed a liner etc for $2,700. We didn't complete the fixes because we read chimney companies could be less than honest. We are now selling our home and the buyers asked for a chimney inspection. We hired Chimney Medic and after the inspection said just a couple areas could be worked on totaling $155. We were so happy with their transparency we've hired them again for our new house!

Very responsive. I sent an email and got an immediate response and we scheduled a time for them to come. Prompt, efficient and explained everything thoroughly. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to schedule a cleaning at the same time (my fault!). It had been longer than we realized. Another company that looked at it about 3 years ago said our liner had shifted and we needed $1200 of repairs but it was perfectly safe to use. I was a little skeptical. Glad we had someone else look at it. Saved us a lot of money!  And now I feel confident using the fireplace. Thank you!

I called in the morning and he was here 30 minutes later.  He happened to be in my area so he came right over.  I have used him for years and feel he does a thorough inspection and an excellent job of cleaning.  He uses a tarp to cover my rug and everything outside the chimney looks like it did before he got here.  No dust or mess.  The inside looks great too!  We have a wood burning fireplace so I like to feel confident that my chimney is clean and I feel this way with him.

Showed up to quote quickly. Bid the job that day. Scheduled it within the week. Finshed it before the next rain storm.

They were very friendly and fast. Their price was reasonable.

I looked through the list and checked out a few companies. I chose Chimney Medic for a number of reasons - they were family owned and operated, were in my area, and had a good website with quotes that included cleaning and inspections with an insert. I made a call to Chimney Medic and set up an appointment. It was great to hear kids in the background and life really going on there, just like my house! We set up an appointment only a few days out. Dana showed up and was very nice and professional. He went straight to work, checked things out, and explained the situation when he was through. Fortunately for us, we were all ok to be able to use the fireplace. Dana also explained that it would be advisable to have some work done on the flashing around the fireplace - I think that's a common problem, as I've seen that mentioned with a lot of roofing/chimney work. He also suggested that we waterproof the chimney. As we had other brickwork around the house that was starting to show signs of problems, we felt that these were both good suggestions and ultimately called him back to do that work as well ($350). Dana also offered to bid on some other brickwork repair that we had around the house, but we already had another contractor scheduled to do brick and concrete repair.

Did excellent work. I requested for him to come back out and to fill in the space between the wood frame and our bricks in the garage. He said he was not informed of that request at the initial visit and now we have not heard from him about it.

He was very dependable, reliable and did a good job.

Chimney Medic was prompt, reliable and did the job right. Having a fireman working on my house made me feel confident about his expertise. He explained what he was going to do, and showed me the work after it was completed.

DANA WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT. THE ESTIMATES THAT WERE GIVEN WERE ACCURATE. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. THE CLEAN UP WAS VERY THOROUGH AS WELL.

MR. CHIMNEY MEDIC WAS VERY POLITE, ON TIME AND VERY THOROUGH. I WAS EXPECTING TO HAVE TO DUST AFTER HE LEFT, HOWEVER, HE KEPT EVERYTHING VERY CLEAN. HE ALWAYS DOES AN INSPECTION WITH CLEANING. PRICES ARE MORE THAN REASONABLE.
