CC Steel Fabrication and Fence was one of three companies from whom I solicited price quotes. The company owner, Carlo Cammissano, responded to my email within 24 hours, whereas the only other company that responded took about 10 days. After an exchange of emails, Carlo called me and asked numerous questions and answered all of mine. He immediately gave me the impression that he was interested in my small potatoes job and wanted me to be satisfied. We then emailed each other sketches and I gave him the required measurements. We also exchanged photos of various railing designs and agreed upon one. At this point Carlo gave me a price quote of $475, which I thought was reasonable. (The other bidder who responded asked no questions before giving me a bid that was more than $100 higher.) Carlo estimated how long the job would take and sent me two emails and called me once during the process to give me status reports. The railing was completed within the time frame that Carlo estimated. In order to provide delivery, Carlo offered to meet me halfway between his company and my home, which were about 40 miles apart. I was delighted when I saw the railing. The design was exactly as promised and the quality and workmanship were both excellent. After loading the railing in my pickup, Carlo spent considerable time telling me how to care for the powder coat finish and how to install the railing. (The railing was for a disabled friend 200 miles away, so it wasn't possible to ask CC Steel to handle installation.) I can't say enough about Carlo's friendliness and customer service. The company and the product both exceeded my expectations. I would certainly do business with CC Steel again.

We were referred to this company by a friend. He came out and measured and gave us an estimate within a couple of days. Great person to work with. He gave us some ideas we did not even think about with the fencing and gates. Very nice gates going to the side of yard and pasture. We opted for the decorative metal fence as it looks nice with our general decor.

Everything went smoothly from the beginning. I recieved a timely price quote that beat two other companies. They were very friendly and professional. The job was completed on time and looks great! My neighbors are asking where they can get their new fence now! Gorgeous update to our home.
