BRUNSMAN ROOFING

New roof looks great, and I'm gonna cancel my insurance with Drake Beemont in Owensville, Mo. !

Our insurance agent agreed that a hail storm had damaged our roof beyond repair. I looked on how-to sites on-line  and learned terminology and what to ask for.    I asked for 3 references from our local lumber yard  and from a local contractor.   Mr. Brunsman's name was on both lists.  He  returned my call promply and arrived at the appointed time. .   A detailed estimate was in the mail the next day.  I asked for proof of insurance and it was faxed to me at the end of the call.    Unlike other roofers Mr. Brunsman did not  require any money in advance.     Our area had an unusually wet spring and work had to be postponed until we had two days of clear weather.   He gave me a number to call in case the roof leaked before it could be replaced and he assured me that his crew would patch the leak.           
During the actual work his crew put up a barrier around the edge of the roof so that debris did not fall off.   All debris was put in a dumpster parked in my driveway for the two days.  His crew even swept my driveway before leaving.
I had not told  him  the amount the insurance had estimated it would cost to replace my roof.    The final cost came a few dollars under the insurance company's estimate.
 though I was dreading it, the whole experience turned out to be painless and I am very very pleased with the look of my new roof.
