They work real well. They were handling a contract through Lowe's. They did what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it. They did a good job.

The team of two installers arrived a few minutes early. The entire job was done in about 45 minutes. This was a routine water heater replacement and did not require any special modifications. We requested the shut-off valve to be added for our convenience and that added $23 to the cost (included in the total cost shown above).
