Job 1: The plumber left the house, and did not bill me for opening the wall another two feet. He did not recommend another company, and we still have the water leak. At least he recognized his limitations and left. He said he would call that evening, but he did not. Job 2: Owner made repairs within one day of complaints concerning original work done by an employee. Repairs / replacement were completed and at no charge.
Description of Work: Job 1: There was a drain leak in the utility room below the kitchen. They replaced the lower Y connection going into the floor drainage system. He could not determine if there were any additional leaks from the upper area of the drain pipe without opening the wall further. He did not investigate the upper area of the drain pipe. There was water leakage the next day from the upper area of the drain pipe. The plumber returned and opened the wall to the lower edge of the cupboards, and could not find the leak. He needed to remove the cupboard to access the upper area of the drain pipe, but he felt the job was now to big for him. Job 2: In wall drain replaced
