We were incredibly pleased with the work performed by Terry Construction. They were easy to work with from our early planning stages to the completion of the job. They coordinated with the subcontractors for painting and electrical, and were very easy to work with. When you're going through a major remodel in a home that you're still living in, life changes while the work is being completed. The guys at Terry Construction made this as painless as possible. They cleaned up each night before leaving. They put up plastic barriers to reduce the spread of dust, etc. to other parts of the house. Somehow, despite gutting the kitchen, they managed to keep our stove and refrigerator plugged in and operable throughout the process. We ended up adding a few things to their overall project, and they were accommodating and basically stayed on schedule despite the extra work. For example, we realized that while we were having the ceiling repainted, our 1980-era skylights were actually leaking and would ruin the repainting that was being done. Terry Construction quickly provided a quote for also replacing the skylights, went and picked up new, insulated skylights and it was completed right away. They listened closely to our goals and wishes, but weren't afraid to steer us in the right direction as the experts in this area. As a result, the end product was everything we had hoped for and more! We couldn't be any happier with our experience with Terry Construction.
