 I suspected they were stealing. I found one of my items that were broken in the trash. They were throwing items away with out my permission.  They ruined my antique mirror, brush and comb set that was my mothers.  They ruined scrapbooks and lost precious memories. they also ruined my antique bell and ceramic frogs. Most of the furniture they sent back was not clean and I had to clean it myself. The furniture looked like it had not been touched. Items have disappeared and they can't find them.  They had to come back three or four times to finish the job.  At one point, I told them I did not want them to come back out to the house and the higher up told me to give them another chance to rectify themselves. They were responsible for my belongings and they need to do something to make it right.
