It went well. Two ladies with all the cleaning supplies and equipment with them. Did a fine job and didn't waste any time. Price was resonable.

they seemed to do a nice job on the basement, but they missed alot on the main floor and they told me they checked each others work.....Dust from a ceiling fan left on the bed, only half a desk was dusted. I was having a party in 2 days and had hand surgery just days before which is why I called them, but ending up having to do quite a bit on my own anyway.

My neighbor used Merry Maids of Barnhart and was pleased with them. I have had other cleaning people on and off for the last 10 years and they never met my expectations. Merry Maids is consistently the best my husband and I have ever had. Merry Maids likes to have their clients with the same two cleaners so they can get used to you and you can get used to them. Our team is Amy and Teresa and I just can't tell you enough about their ability to take my house and turn it into a peaceful and relaxing palace. It just doesn't smell clean, it IS clean when they leave. These two would work circles around the other cleaners I have had in the past. Are the pricey? Some would say they are. Is it worth it? Absolutely! The extra money that I pay is more then compensated for the additional work they do and my feeling that I am getting what I have paid for. They are just fabulous and it is obvious to me that they are a well run operation

They arrived right on time. Very neat, clean, professional, and personable young ladies. They brought all of their own equipment and got right to work. It took about 4 hours to clean the whole house. I had just finished my part of the cleaning--organizing, putting things away, etc., so that made it easier for them to work, I think. Very pleased with the results, with just a couple of things not done, such as dusting my desk top. I had cleared everything from my desk so they could clean more easily, but they neglected to clean under the laptop shelf--they did the top, just disn't wipe under it, which was visible and accessible. They did dust the shelves over the desk, which was a bigger concern to me! Also, discovered that they didn't clean up what had been wiped-up out of one window sill. The bugs and dirt were left on top of the box sitting under the window. No biggie really, but I felt it was worth mentioning, if you "want all the details"! These things could have simply been an oversight. It came out to $95 an hour for a two-woman team. I felt it was expensive, but it did only take 4 hours to clean my house--a job that would have taken me two days and then some, no doubt. I will be doing business with them again, most certainly!

I used Merry Maids of Barnhart about two weeks ago. They are professional and they do a good job. There is nothing that they can improve on. Their quality is good.

I had Debbie come for an interview and we discussed what needed to be done with the house. I hired them and was COMPLETELY happy with the service I rec'd. The staff that came to my house was professional and did a great job. I even found something they missed and Debbie had a team out immediately to fix. I would definitely use them again and again. Nice staff and management knows how to treat you right.

The office was very kind when I called and explained what I wanted. They gave me a date and a time that I requested and they quoted a price for two workers. The day the were to come for the service I received a call at 9:30 am and they wanted to come early because, they finished a job early. I informed them that they could not and to call me back. They called back and said they could not come to after 4:00 pm, which I was okay with. Then I received another call that they finished another job early and they could come at 1:30 pm. Three workers arrived and asked what I needed done instead of the two. I informed them the house needed to be cleaned, I had told the office prior what I needed done. The office quoted me $70.00 dollars for two people. They wanted to charge $115.00 for an hour of service. I then told them to call the office and they did. I spoke with the office and received the price I was quoted at $70.00 The services were unprofessional and I’m not sure what they did, they did not introduce themselves when they came in. It was a mix up all around. The office was polite and provided good services, but overall it was a mix up on commutation.

Excellent job! Very professional! Very thorough! Very prompt return phone calls. Easily communicated with person on phone and women who came to our home...for both the estimate and cleaning. This was my first time getting my home cleaned from top to bottom. Always thought I shouldn't spend the money and could clean my home myself. But after completely running out of time and soon to be expecting house guests, I explored the possibilities on Angie's List. Merry Maids came highly recommended. So I bit the bullet and made the appt. Wonderful, wise decision! They spent about 5 hours deep cleaning my home. My home sparkled and smelled so clean and fresh when they left. And I felt like a princess. Not only was my home ready for my guests...but the time i would have spent cleaning my home, was spent doing other important things that i never have time for (cleaning out closets, straightening drawers, filing papers...). I highly recommend Merry Maids!!!

I have been using them for about 5 years.

I prepaid for $400.00 worth of cleaning time as a Christmas gift for my still independent 84 year old mother. She does most of her own cleaning, but things like bathtubs, high cabinet tops and anything else requiring her to climb on a step stools made me nervous. My mom made an appointment for the Merry Maid crew to come to her home for an initial visit and cleaning. They arrived on time and Mom was thrilled with their thoroughness, courteousness and professionalism. They took care of all the jobs she asked them to do and she still has with a credit on my initial purchase remaining. I highly recommend them.

They always call ahead if they are delayed at another location. They always do a great job and the price is well worth it. We highly recommend them.

This started as a Christmas present for my wife, and she said it is the best present I ever gave her! They are great about cleaning up the hair and nose marks on windows from our 2 dogs. They even do the top of the refrigerator, the stove hood, and ceiling fans. They are very thorough and conscientious.

There were two people doing the work. They stayed for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was very impressed. They actually wiped down my ceiling fans and everything. All of the small cob webs in the very high corners were gone as well. The people were very nice.

THEY WERE IN A HURRY AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING.
