Description of Work: I believe they are out of business, after many attempts to reach them to no avail. Either the phone has been changed (disconnected) or they are gone. We are planning on using Chimney Sweeps.

Description of Work: I was looking for a chimney company, and reviews online sounded good. I called this company four to five times over a two week period and never did receive a phone call back. Just another non-professional contractor I guess. Too bad.

 + -1 moreMark arrived on time and was very professional in what he did. He laid a tarp in front of the fireplace so no debris would get on our floor from the cleaning. The whole process took about an hour.

 + 1 moreExcellent experience. He always returned my calls promptly, he came for the estimate in a couple of days after first contact and gave me the estimate on the spot. He was able to do the repairs within only a few days of my calling to schedule the appointment. He was on time, very friendly and professional. He removed a bunch of refuse left on the roof by previous repairman and even took down an old satellite dish a previous owner had left.
Description of Work: Our chimney was damaged and leaking. They removed several inches from the chimney, re-stretched the liner and repaired the tuckpointing.

 + 0 moreIt went well. Showed up as scheduled after weather delays.
Description of Work: Fireflies does regular chimney cleanings in addition to tuck pointing and chimney repair. For this job, he put a new cover over the whole chimney and tuck pointed several rows down to repair freeze damage done over the years. I think he's a little pricier than others but the quality, personality and professionalism are outstanding. Kept in contact regarding schedule changes due to weather etc.
