Mark arrived on time and was very professional in what he did. He laid a tarp in front of the fireplace so no debris would get on our floor from the cleaning. The whole process took about an hour.

Excellent experience. He always returned my calls promptly, he came for the estimate in a couple of days after first contact and gave me the estimate on the spot. He was able to do the repairs within only a few days of my calling to schedule the appointment. He was on time, very friendly and professional. He removed a bunch of refuse left on the roof by previous repairman and even took down an old satellite dish a previous owner had left.
