Mike was able to assess the needs of the job using text messages and photos sent from my phone. He arrived on time on the day of the job and observed proper coronavirus precautions and wore a mask while in my home. The new TV was a difficult install that the Geek Squad couldn't handle. Mike was able to construct a new mount out of sight within the cabinet which would allow the screen to fit flush with the frame and yet easy to manipulate so the cables could be accessed. When completed, everything looked neat and professional.

Everything went perfectly! Mike was punctual, professional, and friendly. He responded promptly to my initial inquiry and to my repeated scheduling changes when complications arose (on my end). What's more, the pricing was very reasonable––especially given the quality of the work. A+ all around!

I needed a 60-inch LED TV mounted over a fire place in the living room area. Digital Plus did an excellent job installing the TV mount, the wiring, and balancing the TV itself. Definitely recommend them for professional TV mounting services.

Absolutely great. This is the third time we hired Mike with Digital Plus and this guy is a top shelf contractor that knows he stuff and on top of that very professional, courteous and prompt. He may be a bit more but definitely worth it if you want things done right. You get what you pay for and considering all things Mike is the best bargain for your dollar. Mike is the ultimate pro. He was punctual for our appointment. He answered all my questions prior to installation. After installing the surround system he gave a tutorial on how to operate every piece of equipment. It sounds amazing and I am extremely happy. I would recommend Mike for all your surround system needs.

Great! Michael solved all the issues and saved me money on install by using existing TV mount and avoided unnecessary additional equipment. Very professional and walked us through all the set-up flawlessly.

Mike did a great job for us! He unboxed the new TV and discussed with me the best place to mount it (taking into account viewing angles, glare from lights, etc.). He was very efficient in getting the TV mounted and connecting our existing DVR box, DVD player and VHS player. He then reviewed all the settings on the new set to make sure we had the optimal picture and explained how to operate the new set (i.e., how to use the new remote, etc.). By the time he left we had the new TV in a great location and totally understood how to operate it.

Mike did a great job. We had purchased a kit to hold the box, but we didn’t need it. Mike was able to use the mount we had for our tv and put the box on that. Now the ugly satellite box is hidden. Mike also programmed our remotes so we would only have to use one. We would definitely use Digital Plus again.

Mike was fantastic. I will have him back if we decide to mount our second tv. He was professional, punctual, very friendly, and got the tv mounted in a timely manner. He went through all options with me as far as how to best run the cables and it was a fantastic experience. He also made sure I knew how to work the remote before he left. Excellent service. Outstanding. Mike spent so much time getting the system to run exactly as we wanted it that my wife and I worried we were taking advantage of him. (He doesn't charge by the hour.) He was also punctual, tidy, and never tried to "up sell us." In an ideal world you shouldn't need this kind of service to get a major purchase up and running, but unless you have lots of free time and patience, plus a fair amount of technical expertise, you need someone like Mike.

Mike was great. He was very professional, everything looks and works great, and we could not be happier. I was having trouble remembering how everything works and sent him an email asking him to give me a quick tutorial on it, and he did so the following day. This was all done in a home that we don't live in yet, and I can't wait to get moved in and enjoy the new system.

Went well. Had to phone later as the apps (Netflix/Amazon) within the TV functioned on some different basis, and would not readily produce sound with installed soundbar. This was not checked prior to departure from job. Needed phone help from installer to change some settings to make it work, which he politely provided and troubleshooting worked. Price included installer provided screen mount because the purchased one was incompatible.

Mike was awesome. We had a huge foundation repair project happening all fall and early winter, and when it was finally complete we could not wait to get our tv back up in the basement! Geek Squad was going to charge $330, and they couldn't come out to us for a week. I called Mike on a Friday afternoon, and he actually called me back Friday night and fit me into his schedule on Monday! He did a fast, terrific job, and it only cost $250. I would definitely use him again.

Very well. Mike knows his stuff. Everything is working well. This type of installation is beyond my capabilities these days and it feels good to know the items are installed correctly. Had I tried myself I would have been calling Mike anyway. His site review helped me make sure I purchased the correct equipment before the installation work began. There is a charge for that but I think it was worth it. He is professional and courteous. Wants to make sure you are trained on how to use when he leaves. Would use again.
