Mike and Rebecca were great from the start. They helped us build a custom home with a great attention to detail in the construction and design of the home. They were communicative and easy to reach. We went through walk throughs and at every stage to explain progress and identify and solve any issues that had come up. We love our new home and know it was built to last with quality materials and craftsmanship.

There is nothing good to say about the quality of the work provided by this company. There was no quality controll so one can not blame it on one individual. The company is unprofessional and does not know their business.
The builder, Hennessey Development, does not know the IRC either and had no oversight. Hennessey could not correct sloppy work, lack of work completed, such as nailing the subfloor to the joists, because he simply does not care about quality.
We recommend you look for professional, well informed and trained framers as you whole building project depends on the framers quality job. Search the internet for what can happen when IRC codes are not followed, walls are not plumb or straight, floor are not level.
We have lived through this nightmare and 50% of our building issues were caused by their sloppy, unprofessional work.

We are a full service custom home builder. I would appreciate it if you verify your records on the contractor that was hired, I assure you that it wasn't Bax Built. Your framer may of had a similar name as ours and you inadvertently placed the review to us.
