I was amazed how quickly they were able to service the roof. It was completed in one day by noon. They hired someone to complete the gutters and facia. I wish I would have asked about that being outsourced. However, they did address a few small issues and they were corrected quickly.

We were very pleased with the work, A&W came to our house to give an estimate . Returned to meet with our insurance adjuster after the adjuster and A&W were done we ended up with Roof and gutter replacement and some fascia. I am confidant that would not have happened without A&W present. They had a crew on our roof within days of the approval from State Farm and we done in a day with the roof. Zack and Rob stayed in constant contact with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I have to admit that these two young guys impressed me with their knowledge of the industry and their commitment to customer satisfaction. We would gladly call them back for other household improvement projects.

It went wonderful. They gave me the estimate not pushy what so ever. Got roof on in timely manner in between rain storms. I am very very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anybody for roofing. They communicated with me on ever thing that they did. My first roofing job I was not happy with but this roofing company was outstanding.

It went very well. He showed up on Monday and said he would get started on Thursday. The materials showed up on Wednesday. They had to start on Friday due to rain on Thursday. They replaced 33 square. I turned this in to my insurance back and July and 2 other roofing companies I had originally hired argued with my insurance company until November of this year. I called .Ashe & Winkler Restoration and they said no problem and came out and did the job. There was no reason for the other companies to argue with the insurance company. They paid for the job.

I was very pleased with all the work done on our home. Zack and Rob were great to work with. They made sure everything was done properly and in a timely fashion. I couldn't be any happier!

Scheduled site visit 2 days after initial contact. Roof estimate was provided 2 days after initial visit. Three days after signing the roofing contract the roof repair was started. The roof replacement took their crew 2 days to complete. The gutters and downspouts were installed about a week later due to some weather delays. Both the roofing crew and the gutter crew left my yard amazingly clean of any construction debris or fasteners. My existing roof was only 18 months old at the time of replacement, but required 100% replacement due to extensive hail damage. A & W Restoration contacted my insurance company with their findings and got my entire roof replaced under my homeowner's insurance policy. I only had to pay the deductible. I am an architect so I am very particular about any construction that is done on my house. I am usually a contractors worst nightmare as I regularly inspect commercial construction projects myself as a part of my regular job. A & W Restoration met and exceeded all of my high expectations for quality construction and I would highly recommend them for their quality service.
